The
Sainsbury's Food Collection.
Due to the generosity of the staff and management of Sainsbury's
Stockport and all of you who have donated our food collection
continues........
Sainsbury's Stockport food collection
Latest.
Through the generosity of those who have donated,
here are the weekly collection totals for the last few
weeks:
Week beginning Monday 13th May, food to the value of £81.
Week beginning Monday 20th May, food to
the value of £58.
Week beginning Monday 27th May, food to
the value of £48.
Week beginning Monday 7th June, food to the value of
£44.
A big Thank-you to all who have donated food
and to the staff and management of Sainsbury's Stockport.
The cost of feeding the cats in our sanctuary is one of
our largest outgoings.
That's why your generous donations of cat food are so
very welcome and appreciated.
Sainsbury's Superstore
Warren Street Stockport.
A well laid out store both inside and out, with ample car
parking at street level and below the store.
Outside the day may have been damp and miserable
but in-store the atmosphere is completely different.
Here we see stood behind our food collection tub,
Chris Barlow, Tricia Laing and Hazel Spencer.
Tricia and her staff are extremely supportive of
our collection and I would like to take this
opportunity to say to her and other Sainsbury's staff,
Thank-you.
Now none of this can happen without your generosity in
donating.
So far the generosity of those who have donated has been
nothing short of fantastic.
The food donated feeds the animals in our care saving us
money each week.
The money saved in this way is not wasted as it all goes
back into the care of our animals.
So please if you can spare any cat food (maybe your cats
a bit choosy and you find
he or she won't eat the brand or flavour you have bought) we
would love to make use of it!
Finally,
To all who have donated and in some cases continue to
donate, Thank-you.
Warren.
